Sourdough 101 Course Description
3 hour class offered in my kitchen (77008) or private host kitchen
Group size: 8-13
Enjoy sourdough crackers, fresh sourdough, wine and cheese plate
Receive a decade-old stable starter sourced from Germany
Get hands-on experience with every step of the sourdough bread making process: mixing, shaping, scoring, baking, feeding a starter, and eating a fresh baked loaf
You will go home with two loaves of dough to bake at your home the next day
Provided items: starter, flour, filtered water, salt and shower cap
Minimum required tools: digital kitchen scale, 1 liter glass jar, large mixing bowl, medium bowl, linen tea towel, plastic & metal bench scraper, silicone jar stirrer

Hi! My name is Chelsea Ezell and I make a lot of Sourdough bread. I am a wife and mom to 4 young kids and we live in the Houston Heights.
Based on my incredible passion and experience, I am offering sourdough bread making classes in a fun group setting!
