Each participant takes home 2 loaves of dough to be baked the next day, a jar of “fed” starter, my personal favorite sourdough recipes (bread, waffles, crackers, muffins) AND access to Chelsea for follow-up support.

 Yes! And I will teach you how to feed it to keep it active.

Many sourdough kits are incomplete or excessive. My items are highly functional and relatively inexpensive. Most importantly it’s exactly what I use.

I create a group message for each class I teach. I will answer any and all follow-up questions promptly, even long after the course has ended.
